Bob Sullivan built his career from the property level up, eventually rising to Senior Vice President of Operations at one of the world's largest hotel management companies, with additional senior leadership roles across other major hospitality organizations along the way — overseeing portfolios spanning major brand families across full-service, select-service, and luxury segments.

Over more than 25 years, Bob has sat on both sides of the table: as the operator accountable to ownership, and as the executive translating ownership's expectations into results on the ground. That dual perspective is the foundation of Sullivan Consulting Partners — advice grounded in what actually works when the P&L, the guest, and the workforce all have to be satisfied at once.

Having recently retired from full-time executive leadership, Bob now works with a select group of ownership groups, management companies, and boards, offering the judgment of a senior operator without the overhead of a full-time hire.
